Own a home that cares for others.
For anyone looking to open and set up their own residential assisted living home, personal care home or group home. You bring the vision. Barretts builds the business.

The passive income potential.
Residential care homes earn steady monthly income from resident fees. Demand for senior care keeps rising as more families look for small, home-like settings over large facilities.
When Barretts sets up and runs the home, day-to-day operations are handled for you, so your investment can work for you without running the home yourself.
Estimate your monthly revenue.
Move the sliders to see gross monthly revenue from resident fees.
Gross revenue before expenses such as rent or mortgage, staffing, food, utilities and insurance. This is an illustration, not a guarantee of income. Your actual results depend on your market, occupancy and costs.
